Great location, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. the room was clean.
The amenities were lacking, with no laundry facilities and limited kitchen equipment. the room was small and cramped, with a tiny shower.

Centrally located, well-equipped apartment, great deck, helpful staff, numerous restaurants and bars nearby.

The hotel's decoration was elegant and reminiscent of a classic Italian villa. The common areas were tastefully designed, with comfortable seating areas where senior guests could relax and socialize. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior people, with wide hallways and an elevator with handrails to help navigate between floors.
I would have preferred if the children working there had been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

Friendly staff, early check-in, bag storage, espresso offered. Amazing room with stunning views from two terraces. Efficient email communication. Organized airport transfer. Climb worth it for views. Central location, good value, helpful staff. Fantastic recommendations for restaurants and tours. Quick response to fix toilet flush.

our stay at the luxury apartments in rome was already incredible, but Navona Luxury Apartments took it to a whole new level. the staff went above and beyond, supplying us with extras and making us feel so welcome. the location was perfect and the room had so much character. loved the coffee and prosecco too!
Lift was slow, had to carry our luggage.
